Elda, her husband Umberto, and their many brothers and sisters came to America from Italy in search of opportunity and the chance to build a better life for their families. Like so many immigrants before them, they believed in the promise of America and were proud to become citizens of the country they came to call home.
Through hard work, determination, and sacrifice, they built lives as skilled craftsmen and workers—barbers, bakers, upholsterers, factory workers, and cannery workers. During World War II, they proudly served their adopted nation, whether in uniform as soldiers or on the assembly lines that helped support the fight for freedom.
They taught us to honor our Italian heritage, cherish family traditions, and never take for granted the opportunities that America provides.
Elda's Kitchen is more than a brand—it is a passion and a tribute to the values they instilled in us. Our mission is to give back to the country that gave so much to our family by creating jobs, supporting local economies, and helping businesses grow. Our Story
Elda’s Kitchen was founded by father–daughter duo Aldo Abronzino and Brie Blackford, inspired by the woman who started it all — Aldo’s mother, Elda.
A hardworking Italian immigrant, Elda believed food was more than nourishment; it was how you showed love, welcomed others, and brought people together. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, generosity, and unforgettable flavor — a spirit that lives on in every bottle we make.
To honor her legacy, Aldo and Brie created Elda’s Kitchen with a simple purpose: craft whole-ingredient cooking and grilling sauces that make gourmet home cooking approachable for everyone. Each recipe is thoughtfully developed to deliver rich, authentic flavor while keeping preparation effortless, whether you're a seasoned cook or just beginning your culinary journey.
